For the next drawing session we were learning about body proportions. Though we had to measure with the method of heads. For example, an elf's height is worth 9.5 heads long. While as a Dwarf is worth 4 heads high.
This method did seem familiar to me, though told and shown differently. However being shown how to do this (measuring a body by heads) will know doubt be very useful for improving my drawing skills. We where then given the task to draw/design an elf and a dwarf, to try and practise this proportion exercise. My drawings in the lesson was not great, so I decided to rub out and retry the drawings in my own time. This came up with better results.
